Chemoflague is designed to help the participants display their creative and applicative dexterity. The event would give wings to the stupendous power of imagination and creativity of human minds. “Chemoflague” brings to you the best of both worlds, conquering which will demand new heights of creativity and vision. A picture can paint a thousand words, so with a view of capturing this imagination and arousing creativity, we invite participants to make posters that explore the unknown areas of Chemical Engineering and other related fields.

Team formation

Chemoflague is open to all students of engineering, science and pharmacy branches.
Team can have maximum of 2 students.
No student can be part of more than one team.
It is not necessary that the students forming a team should be from the same college.
There is no restriction on the numbers of team from the same college.

The event would be conducted in two phases

PHASE I

Submission of abstract of poster.
Any one of the above mentioned themes/tracks can be used.
The abstract should either in form of Word Document or PDF, less than 1000 words, Times New Roman, 12 font size with default spacing.
The abstract may contain pictures and graphs
The abstract of the poster should be sent before 12th March  to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it

Please mention the following things on the Front Page of your abstract

Based on the abstracts’ evaluation, best 40 posters would be selected for PHASE II.

PHASE II

Presentation of the poster.
The poster should be strictly of A2 (18 inches * 22 inches) size only.
Each team will have 3 minutes for presentation followed by a question and answer session of 2 minutes.
The poster can include either textual and graphical content, which can be hand-drawn or computer generated.
All material must be accessible without having to lift or turn pages. Kindly mention the references for the same.
The posters should be submitted on the day of the event.
Display Boards/Requisites for the posters will be provided by the organizers.
Violation of any rules can lead to rejection.
The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at any point of time and will do their best to inform the participants of the same.
However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated.
