From the time of LORD KRISHNA and may be before that too, we Indians revered our planet as our mother ; avowed it as “MOTHER EARTH”. But today the magnitude and convolution of environmental problems has grown to its peak, which is creating a growing global need not only for scientists with painstaking interdisciplinary training in environmental science, but also for a wide range of inter-dependant products, methodologies, processes, technologies and management practices, to enable mankind to get the benefit of the scientific progress and still have the ambience of natural environment and climate.

The climate changes such as global warming caused by human releases of green house gases most notably carbon dioxide and their interaction with human and natural environment have brought in this catastrophic scenario. The urgent need for us today, therefore, is developing innovative and adaptive strategies to assist all forms of life species, eco systems, humans, regions and nations in adjusting to these effects of global warming and environmental impacts.

ENVIRONTECH 2010 in collaboration with EnvironXchange.com and Chemozale’10 is our humble effort and a stepping stone towards the rejuvenation of the beauty of the planet. It is being organized essentially to address the key issues by not only showcasing the products and technologies to the policy makers and other stake holders but also with a view to create awareness amongst the mass at large towards the creation of greener, cleaner and safer to live MOTHER EARTH. The exhibition will also provide great business opportunities to one and all associated with the environmental domain. That's not all, ENVIRONTECH'10 would be the India's first ever Zero Carbon footprint event.
