The Hospitality Team of Chemozale’10 makes your trip to Nirma University, one of the most memorable moments of your life.

GENERAL RULES

• Please notify us 5 days in advance of your scheduled arrival so that we can arrange for your travel to the campus.

• Volunteers will be there to guide you from Railway station to your accommodation.

• You would be required to produce College ID cards, and the Registration Confirmation Mail print out.

• Any form of obscene or unacceptable behavior or language on or off stage is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate disqualification of the college.

• We at Chemozale, strive to make your short stay with us, as pleasant and comfortable as we can.

• Organizers decision is final in case of any complaints.

• Chemozale '10 ID cards will be issued to each team member after registration (26th March 08:00am), participants are requested to carry this I-card during your stay at Chemozale’10.

• Participants are required to produce Chemozale I-card to take part in various events.

• One-way (IInd class Sleeper) Railway fare or equivalent from your college city till Ahmedabad will be reimbursed on production of original travel tickets.

• The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules at any point of time and will do their best to inform the participants of the same. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated.

ACCOMMODATION:

• Separate accommodation will be provided for Boys & Girls on sharing basis

• There will be nominal charges for the accommodation, participants will be informed much before of the charges.

• Any request for individual rooms will not be entertained.

• We  request you to carry a lock for your own safety, Participants are requested to take care of their belongings during their stay during Chemozale ’10. Neither the Team Chemozale nor the institute will take responsibility for any loss.

• The team should not damage any infrastructure while in Nirma campus.

• Breakfast/Lunch/High-tea/Dinner are arranged during Chemozale ’10,

• Alternatively food facilities can be availed from various Canteen/Cafeteria in the campus on self payment basis.
